Hi! I'm Ron. I help people develop transformatively through workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions.
CliftonStrengths, which supports people in discovering their inner greatness and using strengths in daily life, is a part of my approach.
In my role as a coach, I listen with compassion. In my role as a coach, I listen with compassion. I make an effort to comprehend the information I acquire by maintaining an open and inquisitive mind. I am able to gain significant insights by listening to my clients with openness and attention, which enables me to help them advance both personally and professionally.
